1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them, together with our Returns policy, Delivery information and Privacy policy, before you order.

2. Your order

• Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch your items. Until then we can decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong.
• Our stock is updated from our suppliers several times a day, but an item can occasionally sell out between your order and our dispatch. If we can't supply an item we'll tell you and refund you in full for it; we won't substitute a different item without your agreement.
• We may limit quantities per customer, and may cancel orders that appear to be for resale or fraudulent.
• To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Orders not yet dispatched are cancelled and refunded in full; after dispatch, our Returns policy applies.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Any delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay.
• Payment is taken when you place your order, by card or another payment method shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• If a price on the site is clearly wrong (for example far below the real price), we're not obliged to supply at that price; we'll contact you and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Vouchers and promotions

• One voucher code per order. Vouchers have no cash value, can't be exchanged or combined unless we say so, and may have an end date, minimum spend or limited number of uses.
• We may end or change a promotion at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed.
• Some items may be excluded from a promotion so that it can be offered fairly; the basket shows the discount before you pay.

See Delivery information. Items are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to your address or to a person there.

6. Returns and your rights

See our Returns policy, including the items that can't be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

7. Product information and safety

• Photos are for illustration; packaging and colours may vary slightly from those shown.
• Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions, age guidance and warnings. Children's items must be used under adult supervision where the packaging says so. Check items for damage before each use and stop using any item that is damaged.

8. Our responsibility to you

• If we fail to comply with these terms we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses: our goods are for domestic and private use.
• Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow this.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Other

• We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies to that order.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
